I had plenty of photos this week I think I had my camera in my hand several times a day. I was baking up many things and wanted to photograph them and I had all the other Valentine's Day goodies that I wanted to document. I probably could have left out filler cards completely, but I can't help wanting to add the pretty stuff. I had to put in two flip cards to get all the details I wanted to include and then we decorated a paper bag to add the Valentines that Ian made and received.
I used items from my shop and things from the recent Studio Calico kits this week. Thought the circle copper heart is from a past SC class kit (Sparkle with Shanna Noel)
I painted the bottom half of that wood veneer LOVE piece with acrylic copper paint to go with the other copper goodies.
And I am so in love with the photos I got for making Valentine's this year. Ian has the posing and smiling down. It only took a few shots as long as I make sure of the camera settings ahead of time!
I just fell in love with the little charms I received for Valentine's Day from Ian.
It was a happy day when my Studio Calico Circe kits arrived! I still need to set aside some time to use more of the goodies!
Products used this week.
And new in the shop!
WOW, this spread is absolutely amazing! Your photographs are gorgeous and with the added touch of your own designs, it's the icing on the cake! I knew going smaller flip pockets would play a roll this year in my album, thank you so much for the amazing inspiration you have shared!

ReplyDeleteI forgot to ask you- a couple of weeks ago you had a card with a description of an outfit/dress from Downton Abby. Just wondered where you found that.? I love Downton Abby!
ReplyDeleteI found it doing a google search for Downton Abbey dress Illustrations. It was from http://www.vintagedancer.com/1920s/downton-abbey-costumes/
