Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use (TOU) Agreement applies to all personal-use (PU) products by Little Lamm & Co, whether purchased or obtained as freebies.  Little Lamm & Co reserves the right to modify, update, and/or change the TOU for its products at any time, with or without notice.

The following TOU will always supersede any previous TOU (such as one included as a text or image file within the product download itself); thus, it is your responsibility as a user to so make sure you have read this page and that you abide by its terms.  Use of the product(s) constitutes acceptance of the terms.

You may not, under any circumstances, redistribute any digital files by Little Lamm & Co — even if the product was obtained as a freebie. If your friends/acquaintances want a copy of a freebie (or a purchased product), please direct them to the Little Lamm & Co web site.  Your support is greatly appreciated!

PERMITTED USES:

• Incorporate these products/designs into your own original projects
• Recolor or alter these products/designs for your own personal use only
• Use Little Lamm & Co PU products/designs in Scrap For Hire (S4H)/Scrap For Others(S4O) projects, as long as the final result is delivered to the third party in a flattened (non-layered) format
• Publish, display or distribute your work in any galleries, forums, blogs, or other media (magazines, other publications, etc.), as long as you include a credit to the source of the product as shown here: Product/Element Name from Product/Kit Name, by Little Lamm & Co at (store name and/or web address, if allowed)
• You may use these graphics to decorate your personal, non-profit blog provided that final images are displayed in a flattened form (jpg/gif) and sized not more than 72 dpi. A credit with a link back to my site must be displayed somewhere on your site.

PROHIBITED USES:

• You may not do anything with these designs that is not expressly permitted.
• You may not provide a copy, or any portions thereof, to any other individual.
• You may not use these graphics for any product or project that will be sold or used to generate income, which includes using these graphics in design template applications, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates and brochure design templates.
• You may not use these graphics to create website or blog design templates for a site other than your own.
• You may not use these graphics on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items.
• You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
• You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
• You may not use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark or logo.
• You may not offer these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo! group, or include them in any graphics collection on the Internet or otherwise.
